When submitting a request for trademark verification, Clients must provide certain data about themselves and their brand. This data is used solely for the purpose of verifying the trademark and is not shared with third parties.

Limitation of Responsibility for Customer Actions

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the data they provide and for any consequences arising from their use of the Services. VeriBrand Technologies shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims resulting from customer actions or inactions.

14. Access of Service

Its prohibited to use VPN/Proxy while authenticating items since it can cause false flags as counterfeit. If you accidentally flag a product with VPN/Proxy please contact our support to resolve the issue.
