✅ How to authenticate an item.
Sign up for an account: Navigate to app.veribrand.io and register for a free account.
Scan the Certification ID: Use your phone's camera or a QR-Code scanner to scan the VeriBrand Certification ID on the item.
(If you can’t use a camera: On the homepage, click "Authenticate Item" and enter the code as shown under the QR-Code.)
Inspect the item: On the Authenticator page that opens, inspect the item and click Claim if you are sure you want to claim the product.
📩 How to Transfer an item to another user
On the homepage, click the “Transfer” button for the item you are selling or giving away. In the pop-up, enter the full username (case-sensitive) of the user who will receive the item and click Transfer.
That’s it! The item should disappear from your account and appear in the recipient's account.
You can also Unclaim an item by clicking the “Unclaim” button, which will make it available for claim by other users. However this is a dangerous option, as users that might have the ID code or the QR can claim the item on their accounts.

However, if you bought it from a trustworthy seller and are confident it’s genuine, contact the brand to resolve the issue.
